PetSynk is a prototype during early access. This page explains in plain language how data is handled today.

What we collect

Only what you give us: an email if you join the waitlist, and any pet data you choose to log inside the product (veterinary reports, weight, activity, food, behavior notes, photos).

How it's stored

Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to your account. Multiple pets in one household are kept fully isolated from each other.

What we don't do

No advertising, no data sales, no sharing with third parties for marketing, no use of your pet's data to train external AI models.

Your controls

Export or delete your data at any time. Removing your account removes your data.

Not veterinary advice

PetSynk is not a veterinary diagnosis tool and does not replace professional veterinary care. It helps organize pet health data and highlight patterns for discussion with a veterinarian.
